"My instructor Ned has been so positive and kind while I’ve been learning to drive manual. As a qualified teacher myself, I can recognise how skilled he is at his job. Being a good teacher is more than just giving technical instructions, and Ned is able to find the right pace and build confidence for his students. He has made me feel much more relaxed even though I’ve been quite anxious, despite many years of experience driving automatic. He’s been very supportive and seems to have endless patience, not once has he shown any frustration. He’s also very knowledgeable about defensive driving practices which are critical for new drivers to learn. Ned has been fantastic and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s upskilling like me, or also for new drivers who want to get a solid start behind the wheel."
